Berten Hurkmans
Curriculum Vitae
Berten obtained his degree in pedagogical sciences, option education sciences at the University of Ghent in 2019. His master’s thesis dealt with argumentative skills and citizenship. Berten also obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in secondary education (engineering and mathematics) at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool. Within Itec, he works as a researcher on the Boosting Human Capital for the 21st century (BHC21) project, which focuses on innovative teaching aids in vocational training for low-skilled people.
