Conducting a doctoral research on task-based dialogue systems for language learning. In particular, evaluating the effectiveness of a goal-oriented dialogue system integrated to a serious game environment on the development of foreign language proficiency in Dutch-speaking learners of French. Developing automatic procedures and automated measurements of speaking and writing L2 fluency in the context of computer-mediated and computer-guided interactions.
