Vacancy (PhD) in educational technology & instructional design

We are looking for a PHD researcher in educational technology and instructional design.

The researcher’s main responsibility will be to elaborate instruments to assess ‘research competencies’ of pupils in secondary education, design and develop powerful interventions and to validate the elaborated principles. In line with the ambitions of design-based research, the project aims at contributing to both theory and practice.

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in educational sciences or studies, psychology, or related disciplines with an emphasis on educational and behavioral research. Having distinguished oneself during the studies (equivalent of ‘cum laude’ in the Belgian system) is considered a strong asset.

The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment at the Kulak campus in Kortrijk.
